In this video we explore what keratoconus treatment at Cornea Revolution would look like. This procedure is in two parts on the same day. First, the topography guided laser to reshape the cornea and the crosslinking to stop the progression of keratoconus.
This is what we typically do for keratoconus patients with the crosslinking occurring 15 minutes on each eye. This does depend also on how many microns the cornea has once keratoconus taken place- in this instance, our patient had enough microns to perform topography guided ablation laser eye surgery followed by the corneal crosslinking.
