This patient with Keratoconus came in with a intac or a partial hard implant that he wanted removed after three years of it in his eye. The intac, meant to help correct vision with those who experience ectasia on the eye, felt more of a protrusion and inconvenience. We removed the intac and will perform topographic guided ablation alongside crosslinking to finally stop and treat the progression of the Keratoconus.
