This patient came in with a history of radial keratotomy which is a surgical procedure on the eye that creates little spokes to try to treat someone’s prescription. Unfortunately, RK was a procedure that was not entirely accurate in the the way it meant to treat someone’s vision and in return has come to many needing to get a repair on their cornea to correct their vison.
